Lower Murray Water (LMW) is seeking the services of a business to carry out the cleaning of debris from the channel grates and structures and for the meter reading and maintenance services for LMW non-potable water meters in the Red Cliffs, Mildura and Merbein irrigation districts.

A optional briefing session will commence at 9:00am on Wednesday 7th August 2024 at LMW Head Office (741-759 Fourteenth Street, Mildura VIC 3500). LMW forsee there to be a maximum of 3 representatives per contractor.

All submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.

A briefing session will be held at 741 - 759 Fourteenth St, Mildura, Victoria, Australia, 3502 on 7 August 2024 09:00 am.

Notes: Optional briefingLMW foresee there to be a maximum of 3 representatives per contractor, this session will combine a short presentation and introduction to the use of the meter reading input device “Handheld” and a sample of site visits. LMW will not be providing transport to the site visits and not all the sites being attended will be on sealed roads, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle. LMW will take question on the day but may not be able to answer all at that time. LMW will keep a log of all the questions on the day and submit these responses to all tenderers.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
