The Brown Hill and Keswick Creeks Stormwater Board aims to identify and engage suitably qualified consultants to provide specialist input to the detailed design and construction of upgrades to Upper Brown Hill Creek (UBHC). More specifically, tenders are being sought to:

1.Engage consultants to provide professional services for the detailed design of upgrades to the following sub-projects:

UBHC Area 1 – Wilberforce Walk (Third Avenue to Leah Street)

UBHC Area 1 – Forestville Reserve

UBHC Area 2 – Orphanage Park

UBHC Area 5 – Cross Road to Hampton Street

UBHC Area 6 – Betty Long Gardens (Balkissoch Road to Inverloch Avenue)

2.Engage consultants to provide technical expert and construction phase support services for the delivery of upgrades to the above sub-projects.

3.Establish a panel of consultants from each discipline who will be called upon to provide pricing submissions for future sub-projects.
