Tender Description
Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant to progress the subdivision of Council-owned land. Services required include site investigations and assessments, preliminary detail surveys, preparation and completion of documentation for the submission of Development Applications (DA) including Subdivision Works Certificates (SWC) for the proposed subdivision, and the development of a detailed works program to progress subdivisions, based on development approvals.
