The existing Trimble Pivot Software Maintenance contract is set to conclude on 30 September 2024, prompting the need for this market approach to provide for a period of 24 months 01/10/2024-30/09/2026
Trimble Pivot Platform software is utilised as the network operation software package that underpins CORSnet-NSW infrastructure which is of critical commercial value to NSW. Trimble Pivot Platform Software maintenance will give CORSnet-NSW access to technical support, critical software updates, calibration files and new hardware type additions.
The existing contract is set to conclude on 30 September 2024, prompting the need for this market approach to identify the best value-for-money option for DCS Spatial Services.
This tender is an open opportunity for prequalified suppliers registered under the ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) Category N - Software - N01 Infrastructure and utilities software to apply to provide Trimble Pivot Software Maintenance for a period of 24 months - 01/10/2024 to 30/09/2026.
Note: All licenses and associated maintenances are being sought for the initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 3 x 1-year at the end of the initial period.
In Scope:
- Technical support (email and phone support),
- Appropriate software licensing,
- All critical and periodical software updates,
- Access to all calibration files,
- New hardware type additions (e.g. connection nodes for new receiver types),
- Access to Trimble Solution Centre,
- Access to online web training seminars
