Tender Description
Project: Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for a contract for services for the upgrade of existing car parking facilities at Rogers Park Woy Woy. The works involve the Detail Design, and Construction of the car park. The Works include new kerb and gutter, footpath and associated landscaping.
The project is located at Rogers Park, 45 Erina Avenue, Woy Woy NSW 2256
The main carpark is in poor condition and does not comply with DDA or Australian Standards. The carpark upgrade will increase safety and functionality and improve amenity for the sports facility.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer.
