VicTrack wishes to identify suitable providers and implement one panel agreement for Contaminated Land Inspection and Assessment Services and another panel agreement for Contaminated Land Remediation Services for an initial term of 3 years, with 2 options to extend for further periods of 1 year for each panel.

• Investigation of sites known to present complex contamination issues
• Risk and Financial modelling
• Factual and Interpretive Reporting
• Policy development
• Geotechnical assessment
• Secondments
• Project Management services
• Client/Contractor liaison, site inspections for non-assessment purposes

• Excavation, treatment and replacement or off-site disposal
• Air sparging
