Tender Description
This RFT is made by Council for the renewal of Box Lacrosse court at Fearon Reserve, Williamstown. The proposed renewal would correct the degraded court pavement and enhance users experience of the sport ground. New floodlights to be installed would improve lighting and allow for longer use of the facilities at night. In addition, new fence to be constructed would prevent balls from going through, thereby improving the safety of road users and the general public.
As a result of the RFT, the Council is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier or a qualified contractor for a Contract Period of four (4) months (initial term).
Redevelopment of existing box lacrosse court at Fearon Reserve, Williamstown as provided in tender drawings and specifications.
Works include;
- Reconstruction of court pavement complete with new synthetic grass and line-markings as required,
- Replacement of perimeter fence with a newly constructed 5m high fence complete with R32 chainmesh.
- Provision of new LED floodlights to meet the required standards for the upgraded box lacrosse court
