The IBM / Kyndryl building is located on the Federation University, Mt Helen Campus but is occupied by tenants managed under the Commercial Services portfolio. There is a need to replace the legacy Genset MSB along with the ancillary equipment.

Replacement of legacy Genset MSB along with ancillary equipment. All components should be of current industry standards with a respectable remaining service life. This building is commercially tenanted by Federation University on the Mt Helen Campus.

Access restrictions are in place.

Compliance with the induction process to access this building is under the control of the tenant.

Stage 1: Pre-Qualification (EOI) - All Tenderers are required to complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Company Information form and upload to the tender portal.

Stage 2: Suppliers with completed NDA will be invited to tender and access to tender documentation will be provided once the Tenderer has been qualified at Stage 1 Pre-Qualification.

Mandatory Site Visit is required before the submission for the RFT can occur as part of Stage 2.

Timelines: Take over of site on the 1st of November 2024 expected Practical Completion date is the 28th of February 2025.
