• 25 to 27 Bridge Street

Council seeks expressions of interest for the long-term lease and development of:

• 3 Halifax Street

Applicants are invited to express interest in individual sites. Council will also consider proposals from the same applicant across multiple sites or adjoining privately owned sites if it enhances city centre revitalisation.
