Demolition of existing buildings 46 Yarran Street and 36 River Road

Coonamble Shire Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to complete demolition of two sites in Coonamble.

The proposal documents are available for download only by Coonamble Shire Council tendering site. The contact person for this Request for Quotation is Cindy Garrahy via online forum, which closes 3 days prior to closing the submissions.

A non mandatory briefing session will be conducted via an online platform on 24 July 2024 at 10 AM AEST. A meeting link is provided within the proposal document. The purpose of the briefing session is to advise all potential respondents of the background of the project and the quotation process to ensure suppliers have an understanding around the requirements to submit a conforming quotation.

No on site meeting will be conducted in person however, it is recommended that respondents make their own investigations at the site addresses. Quotations may be submitted by the closing date and time, 2 August 2024 at 2 PM AEST to the online tender box.
