Suppliers are requested by THHS to submit an offer for RFO No. THHS123946 for the provision of Vending Machine Solutions as specified in section 1.13 of this document. Subject to section 1.7, contract THHS123946 will be established for an initial term of three years, with two 12-month extension options.

THHS is seeking offers from suitably licenced and experienced food and beverage operators who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering a high standard contemporary vending solution.

The vending solution will be required to adhere to the “A Better Choice Food and Drink Supply Strategy (2022) for Queensland Healthcare Facilities” across all locations. The placement of the vending solution will encompass public locations and staff amenities.

Offers are requested for the following Separable Portions:

• Separable Portion A - Vending solution to provide snacks and beverages
• Separable Portion B - Vending solution to provide small meals (non-perishable)
• Separable Portion C - Vending solution that provides both portions A and B
