Tender Description

Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking Tenders for the construction of a new car park at 9-11 St James Avenue, Menangle.

This includes the following:

  1. Surface levels and site set out
  2. Bulk earthworks – Proof rolling of sub-grade and subsequent layers
  3. Installation of Lighting poles, Footings, Illuminaire installation and operation
  4. Installation of Drainage structures including pits, Kerb and Gutter and associated works
  5. Laying of Asphalt, Signage and line marking of car park areas.
  6. Signposting and any associated works
  7. Landscaping and Paving

The total area of the proposed new car park is approximately 492m2.

LODGEMENT

Tenders may be electronically lodged via tendeirng website, or hand delivered to 62-64 Menangle St Picton (Tender Box), or post to PO Box 21 Picton. Council shall not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email or facsimile.
