Country to Coast, Qld (CCQ) is tasked with commissioning a new Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) in Hervey Bay. Establishing a Medicare UCC in Hervey Bay will improve access to urgent care in a non-hospital setting, reduce pressure on Emergency Department presentations by providing patients with access to urgent care services at no cost, while supporting integration with the local health system and complementing general practice. CCQ is seeking a capable and experienced general practice ready to commence delivering urgent care services to the Hervey Bay Community.

By this opportunity CCQ is inviting an existing general practice in the Hervey Bay area who are; or can operate 7-days, extended hours; treat minor injury and illness conditions and be flexible and responsive to the needs of the local community.
