City of Port Lincoln is seeking Expression on Interest (EOI) from the community for the lease of the Former Baptist Church located on portion of land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 5848 Folio 892, 1 Hallett Place, Port Lincoln.

Applicants are required to complete an EOI Form and ensure all necessary information is submitted, which must include a Business Plan and Business Proposal.

Open inspection of Former Baptist Church

An open inspection of the Former Baptist Church will be held at the premises - 1 Hallett Place, Port Lincoln:

• Tuesday 30 July 2024 - 10.00am to 11.00am
• Wednesday 31 July 2024 - 10.00am to 11.00am
