The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the supply of a Digital Production Colour Copier for The City of Sydney's Digital Print Centre.

The City's Digital Print Centre's primary role is to provide all printing and binding needs to the entire CoS Council, including all subsidiaries within the Local Government Area (LGA).

The "City" is looking to purchase one replacement digital production colour copier. This device will be expected to produce a minimum volume of approximately 200,000 A4 pages per month.

The tender submission should encompass all costs associated with the project, including all maintenance service calls, breakdowns, supply of consumables and spare parts for a period of 5 years from the installation date.
