The High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) is seeking a property advisory specialist to provide expert input into land and property processes for the Sydney to Newcastle high-speed rail project.

The property advisory specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of HSRA’s business case development and transition to delivery by providing expert property advice, developing robust property strategies, and managing complex property transactions.

Conditions for Participation: Access to Services Brief

HSRA is restricting access to the:

• Attachment 1 Services Brief,
• Attachment 2 Qualitative Response Schedules, and
• Attachment 3 Fee & Resource Schedule,

to relevant entities that it reasonably considers at its sole discretion are capable of being bona fide tenderers, whether in joint venture or independently. Entities that are not considered to be relevant entities will not be granted access.

Relevant entities to which access may be granted at HSRA’s sole discretion may include firms with capability, experience and track record in successfully undertaking property advisory services as noted in the form below. Note: HSRA may request that some applicants team up with larger entities and access the documents through them.
