Mount Barker District Council wishes to engage suitably qualified contractors who are experienced in providing Roadside, Open Space and Fire Prevention Slashing, Mowing and Brush Cutting services.

This Tender is being issued as two separate works packages, with contractors invited to tender on each package in accordance with this tender's specification. These works packages are Works Package A – Northern Zone and Works Package B – Southern Zone.

In order to ensure resilience and ability to meet the service needs Council intends to separately enter into individual contracts with Preferred Tenderers for each works package. Nonetheless, Council reserves the right to award a single contract to a single Preferred Tenderer for the entire scope of services. Council welcomes responses for both Works Package A – Northern Zone and Works Package B – Southern Zone and for Tenderers to indicate their preference for Council to consider as part of its evaluation.
