The Warrnambool City Council is inviting offers for the provision of cleaning services at its main Council buildings. The Offer of Services should include, but not be limited to the current list of buildings, namely:

• Civic Centre;
• Warrnambool Library and Learning Centre;
• Archie Graham Centre;
• Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and Visitor Information Centre;
• Civic Centre West Wing.
• The Lighthouse Theatre
• Warrnambool Art Gallery,
• Immunisation Centre; and
• Animal Shelter Administration Office Building.

It should be noted that this tender is split into separable portions and Council may elect to award the portions separately, in combination or in full.

Warrnambool is fast growing regional area with a current population approaching 37,000. It is also an active visitor and tourist destination, attracting a further 10,000 over the summer period alone. Warrnambool is regarded as a clean and tidy city and for this reason Council places a high priority on the cleanliness and maintenance of its buildings and amenities. Accordingly, a high standard of cleaning is required, in addition to a professional approach to the requirements of this Contract.

Council operates a number of services from the above Council owned or managed assets. These facilities provide the Warrnambool community and its visitors with access to a range of services and programs that influence and support the health and wellbeing of people. Providing a safe, clean and appealing environment is integral to good health and wellbeing.
