Tender Description
As part of the NSW Government’s commitment to boosting housing supply and diversity in regional New South Wales, Landcom has been tasked with the delivery of a ‘Build to Rent’ (BTR) pilot project on the NSW South Coast.
In anticipation of development approval, Landcom will soon be seeking qualified builders to act in a Head Contractor capacity to finalise the design and construct the residential development located in Bomaderry.
This invitation is for an Expression of Interest (EOI) only and is provided for prospective Tenderers to express their interest and outline their capabilities to provide the required works and services as Head Contractor to Landcom.
