Botanical Resources Australia (BRA) are seeking a service provider to perform gardening tasks at our Ulverstone factory sites.

Please refer to pages 4-9 of this document for reference maps.

At a minimum, the following will be required:

Lawn Maintenance:

• Grass to be kept short and free of weeds (to be assessed at the discretion of the BRA Maintenance Planner).

• Grass is expected to be cut a minimum of every two weeks during warmer months (September to April), and every four weeks during colder months (May to August).

• Nature strips and areas around office buildings to be edged where possible.

Site Weed Control:

Contractor to create and execute a plan approved by the BRA Maintenance Planner to eliminate weeds from all areas on site. It will be expected that weed spraying will be conducted at a minimum of once per month.

Garden Bed Upkeep:

• Plant growth to be kept within the extents of garden bed boundaries.

• Garden beds to be free of weeds.

• Rose garden at the BRA Main Office to be kept free of weeds.

The following items are NOT in this scope:

• Hedges are maintained under a separate agreement and are not included in this scope.

• The care of the rose bushes is performed by BRA staff and is not included in this scope.

BRA Ulverstone sites comprises the following areas:

• Main Site 44 Industrial Drive, Ulverstone

• Faber Park 16 Fieldings Way, Ulverstone

• Seed Cleaning 33 Fieldings Way, Ulverstone

• Main Store 35 Fieldings Way, Ulverstone

On-Site Requirements

• Employees to tag on/off site at reception upon arrival and departure of site.

• Employees to report to the Maintenance Planner upon arrival to site and sign-on to relevant permits.

• Employees to report to the Maintenance Planner when departing site and sign-off relevant permits.

• All waste to be removed from site.
