The Bluff also known as Kongkengguwarr, Longkewar and Rosetta Head, is a much loved iconic Victor Harbor landmark. As a prominent landscape reference within the Fleurieu Peninsula landscape, The Bluff plays an important role in the environment, recreational, tourism, heritage, community and cultural value of those who share and ongoing connection to The Bluff.

The Bluff stage 1 landscape project incorporates a shared community vision which outlined a low development and keep natural theme throughout The Bluff Masterplan.

This small-scale project consists of limiting and upgrading footpaths, a lookout construction, carpark and landscape upgrades as a low cost, low development project as per design.

Located at the second carpark and look-out area located at The Bluff, Encounter Bay South Australia. See detailed design for further information on exact location.

Tenderers must note that this area is culturally sensitive and has a high biodiversity value.

The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer.
