From suitably qualified and experienced contractors for proposed construction works at Hills International College, 105-111 Johanna St, Jimboomba QLD 4280.

The proposed works are a double storey STEAM Centre, landscaped external works & associated site infrastructure upgrades, and includes:

• 2 x Art Rooms & associated stores.

• General Learning Area.

• 4 x Science labs with Prep Room.

• Staff Rooms.

• Amenities.

• Lift Core.

• External landscaping works.

Works to be constructed under a single contract. Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale in the last 5 years, their ability to service this project, and details of their financial status.

Tenders will be invited during August and September 2024 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in September 2024 and completion by October 2025.
