Tender Description
WorkCover Queensland are seeking proposals for the provision of Handyman Services, for their building - 280 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.
Handyman Services tasks will be planned engagements and include the following (but not limited to):
Ad hoc (planned requests):
- Remove/Replace kitchen items (from storage) - All Levels
- Setting up and disassembling of event spaces - All Levels
- Install car park/directory signage - Various Car Park Levels
- Maintenance on various doors/adjust door hinges - All Levels
- Relocation of chairs/draws/furniture/desks - All Levels
- Delivery mat to desk/foot stool to desk/goods to reception/etc from storage/return goods to storage - All Levels
- Repairs/reset to sit/stand desks - All Levels
- Removal and reinstate IT equipment (overflow support for IT helpdesk) - All Levels
- Works before and after contractors on site/prep for project works - All Levels
- Soundproofing/Waterproofing/Gluing (repairs) - All Levels
- Disposing of various goods/boxes/coffee pods/furniture - All Levels
- Inspect leaks/running toilets - All Levels
- Light bulb replacements – All Levels
- Repairs to broken hand soap dispensers/replacement of batteries - All Levels
- Removal of graffiti - External of Building
- Install and removal of displays - Ground Floor
- Checking of tyre pressure of cars (7 vehicles) - Carpark
- Flat pack assembly
- Delivery services
- Inspection of AED equipment (approx. number of AED is 18) - All Levels
- Inspection of Eye Wash Sink - Level 19
- General repairs/maintenance i.e tiling; painting; decking; shelving; minor building works
The following is out-of-scope for this ITO:
- Building works over the value of $3,300.00 (unless licenced)
- Minor Electrical works (unless licenced)
- Minor Plumbing and drainage works (unless licenced)
