Project: Council is seeking an experienced contractor to undertake the replacement of existing roof structures. Replacement and upgrade of roof structure at both the Gravity Youth Centre and Wyong Pool.

The existing roof cladding on both sites has reached end of life and requires replacement, which will alleviate the existing roof leaks.

Construction of roof rectification works are to address the deteriorated roof infrastructure, restore the integrity of the buildings, and prevent water ingress that poses both maintenance and operational issue as well as a safety risk to staff and visitors.

The objective of the project is to undertake replacement of the existing roofs, cladding and drainage of both sites, in accordance with the supplied designs and current Australian Building Code to restore the water tightness, improve maintenance outcomes and extend the useful life of the structures
