Undertake a comprehensive Streetscape and Open Space Asset Condition Audit and Valuation, to inform a proactive, publicly accountable and suitably costed 5-year asset renewal works program, and a 5-year asset repair and maintenance works program, to align with AMP requirements for rolling condition audits on a 4-year basis.

This includes verifying and updating all assets in the Streetscape and Open Space Asset Register (the Register), data collection, mapping and recording of assets that are not in the Register, assessment of condition and remaining life of all assets, review of asset useful life, and valuation of replacement cost based on unit rate for the asset. This assessment of defects and safety issues associated with the assets and their condition, shall inform the development of a proactive, publicly accountable and suitably costed 5-year asset renewal, repair and maintenance works programs.
