ABOUT: Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to apply to deliver support with linking primary health care access to people experiencing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness and those from CALD communities.

INFORMATION SESSION: An information session will be held on 6th of August 2024, 9-11.30am at the Sydney North Health Network Offices, Level 5, Tower 2/475 Victoria Ave, Chatswood, NSW. To register for the information session.

REGISTRATION: RFP documents will be available from the SNHN etender site, once applicants have completed pre-registration on the SNHN etender site.

CLOSING DATE: RFP closing date will be 4pm on the 15th of August 2024.
