Tender Description
Rolleston Coal Holdings Pty Limited (the Principal) invites the Tenderer to participate in the Civil Works tender.
Civil works are mining activities and mining related activities that are required to be undertaken to support the ongoing mining operations at the Principal's Mine Site. The Contractor is responsible for the provision of equipment and labour to carry out the civil works at the Principal's Mine Site and adjacent areas.
The draft Supply Contract contains the terms and conditions which will govern this contract. The proposed contract term will be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options.
