Project goals

The objective of the EOI phase is to shortlist tenderers for our upcoming Design Development Partners Request for Tender (RFT).

Scope

To support the increased scale and scope of the Capital Investment Program, Sydney Water are seeking to appoint additional Design Development Partners to provide the necessary depth, capacity and capability required to efficiently support their Delivery Programs, with the provision of high-quality engineering design services within the new asset creation process.

The following at high-level describes the overarching design services required, the subject matter of the Expression of Interest:

• Provision of design development / concept design outputs, including site specific investigation works, and
• Technical advisory to support Sydney Water through the procurement and delivery phases of the project, including but not limited to subject matter expertise, design review, procurement & tender support and engineering support during construction and commissioning.
