Tender Description
GWMWater is an innovative water corporation providing, managing, operating and protecting water supply and sewerage systems within the Grampians, Wimmera and Mallee regions of Victoria.
GWMWater invites tender submissions for the design and construction of a pump station upgrade project at Apsley.
This Contract includes the following scope:
> Design, supply and construction of water storage tanks (steel and poly options acceptable).
> Design, supply and construction of a booster pump station.
> Design, supply and installation of electrical systems including PLC and SCADA integration.
A compulsory site meeting will be held in Laidlaw Street, Apsley at 11 am, Tuesday 8 October 2024.
Tenderers who do not attend pre-tender site meeting and do not make prior contact with GWMWater’s Graduate Engineer Avin James with a valid reason for not attending will not be considered for tender evaluation or award.
GWMWater reserves the right to accept tenders in part.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Notes: Tenderers who do not attend pre-tender site meeting and do not make prior contact with GWMWater’s Graduate Engineer Avin James with a valid reason for not attending will not be considered for tender evaluation or award.
A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
