Tender Description
The SA Housing Trust (the Trust) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified lead consultant to develop a Walk-Up-Flat (WUF) strategy to help guide the Trust in future planning and asset decision-making. The report will incorporate the analysis and evaluation of the success of the preventive maintenance and major upgrade work completed at three WUF sites owned by the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) across metropolitan Adelaide that occurred during the period of 2019-23 to apply to those lesson learned to sites the Trust intends to retain and invest in.
