The High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) is seeking a project funding and financing strategy advisor to provide expert input for the Sydney to Newcastle high-speed rail project.
At a high level, the scope comprises:
- Peer review of the Business Case’s draft funding and financing strategy.
- Advice re gaps, strategies to address, guidance on further refinement.
- Executive support – collaborating with the HSRA executive, board, and other Advisors.
