Liverpool City Council is accepting Expressions of Interest for the provision of a bar vendor at Lanterns and Lights 2025. The successful applicant will be the sole provider of alcohol and bar services at this event and align with the theme of the event in celebrating Central and South-East Asia.

This Pop-Up Bar vendor will elevate this event to the next level and is an opportunity for new, emerging or established bars to experience a festival setting as well as promotional and marketing opportunities.

• All applications received for the Pop-Up Bar vendor will be reviewed against the key criteria and applications will be chosen appropriately based on the event.
• There is only one available position for the Lanterns and Lights 2025 Pop-Up Bar.
• Late applications will not be considered.
