Tender Description

Council is aiming to provide fully serviced, development ready allotments for purchase, providing all earthworks, road & kerb, stormwater, sewer/CWMS, water reticulation, electrical reticulation, street lighting and communication infrastructure.

The four areas for the construction of infrastructure include:
