Development Victoria, on behalf of the Victorian Government, is pleased to launch the Small Sites Pilot Program (Program) with the release to market of four sites in inner Melbourne. This Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign seeks responses from experienced developers to help accelerate the supply of new and affordable housing.

Development Victoria is pleased to invite developers to respond to the Small Sites Pilot - Development Partners EOI for the sale and development of four well-located, medium and higher-density development sites located throughout inner Melbourne.

The sites offered as part of this EOI include:

• 18a Miller Street, Preston
• 541 Sydney Road, Coburg
• Former rail spur, Grange Road, Alphington
• 736 Toorak Road, Malvern

Developers will have the opportunity to acquire, fund and develop one or multiple sites via this EOI process.

The closing date for this tender is 3pm Tuesday 27 August 2024. Submissions will only be accepted in electronic format via tendering portal.

Please note that any questions or clarifications regarding the EOI are required to be submitted to small.sites@development.vic.gov.au no later than 20 August 2024. Depending on the nature of the question(s), responses will be circulated to all bidders via an Addendum issued on the tendering portal.
