The objective of this process is to identify a Proponent who:

a) meets the commercial expectations of DevelopmentWA;

b) demonstrates highest and best use of the Site;

c) delivers local amenity that benefits McKail residents;

d) makes an offer that reflects the market value of the Lot.

This OI seeks to evaluate capability based on specified weighted criteria addressed by Proponents, as outlined in Section 3.
