Tender Description
The organisations participating in this request for tender process (Participating NPN Members) are: Local Government Procurement (LGP), and MAV Procurement (MAVP). The Customers may be any of the various councils, Not for Profit bodies and other organisations entitled to purchase from LGP, or MAVP contract arrangements. Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for Standing Offers to supply Bulk Fuel, Fuel Card Services and Oils, Lubricants and Vehicles Care Products.
NPN requires the following Deliverables under this contract:
- Provision of Bulk Fuel
- Provision of Fuel Card Services
- Provision of Oils, Lubricants and Vehicle Care Products
A non-refundable fee of $88 dollars (incl. GST) is payable to download the RFT documentation.

Timeline: Tender opens at on 31 July 2024
Lodgement: Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box by the time and date nominated. Late, emailed submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the EOI/RFT/RFQ process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
