North Sydney Council is seeking gym and group fitness equipment on a lease basis, to furnish and meet the operational needs of the new North Sydney Olympic Pool (NSOP) gym and two group fitness studios. The 5-year (60-month) contract will include the supply, installation and commissioning of all equipment, along with staff training. The Tender also includes a 5-year Preventative Maintenance program.

Tender responses should include all details related to their lease repayments, including any payments required prior to the delivery of equipment. Lease prices provided for the equipment must be based on North Sydney Council owning all equipment at the end of the 5-year term.

A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on Friday 9 August 2024, 9-10am at North Sydney Olympic Pool. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender. Please note, due to North Sydney Olympic Pool being a construction site, the meeting place for the Pre-Tender meeting will be outside 5 Northcliffe Street, Milsons Point (corner Northcliffe & Paul Streets) to conduct inductions and site registrations

The Tenderer is required to meet all Deliverables of the Specifications, including but not limited to:

- Equipment prices (both upfront lump-sum, annual lease and total lease prices)

- Maintenance agreement

- Demonstrated capacity and experience
