COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (COORDINARE) invites expressions of interest (EOIs) from suitable organisations to apply for funding to implement a preventative health in-reach approach for vulnerable communities, comprising health education and/or vaccination, focusing on COVID-19 but delivered as a broader approach to overall health and wellbeing.

With this funding, COORDINARE aims to enhance COVID-19 vaccine access by adopting a holistic health approach for vulnerable groups. This involves identifying and addressing barriers to vaccine uptake, including unmet needs related to social determinants of health.
