Tender Description
The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitable Contractors to undertake stage 1 works as part of the Kent Street Sand Pit Restoration Project (“Kent Street Restoration Project Stage 1” or “Site” or “Project”). The Kent St Sand Pit is a former landfill site that sits adjacent to the Town of Victoria Park’s remnant Bush Forever Banksia Woodland (Kensington Bushland).
This Contract will be a single Contractor with an expected period for Stage 1 of the Project to be approximately four (4) months.
