Snowy Hydro requires the Service Provider to provide the management of Bar 1488 and Bistro 1488 service at Cabramurra ("Bar and Bistro") and provide staffing and catering for the Bar and Bistro.

SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR MANAGING THE BAR AND BISTRO

1.1 Background and Overview of the Services

(1) Snowy Hydro owns the township of Cabramurra in NSW, which provides accommodation for its employees, contractors and other external parties as agreed by Snowy Hydro.

(2) Snowy Hydro owns the Bar and Bistro. The primary function of the Bar and Bistro is to provide a bar and bistro service for employees and contractors of Snowy Hydro living in and visiting the township and members of the general public.

(3) The Service Provider must manage the Bar and Bistro, and provide staffing and catering for the Bar and Bistro, in accordance with the terms of this Part B.
