Tender Description
The Prospect Tennis Club is located at Willcox Avenue, Prospect.
This project is developed to address numerous issues that were highlighted during an audit undertaken by the Tennis SA. The condition of the tennis court has reached its useful asset life and is no longer compliant with Tennis SA and Tennis Australia’s standards. Further, the narrow entrance to the courts coupled with the lack of accessibility ramps means the tennis courts do not enable players with disabilities the opportunity to easily participate.
This project will see the upgrade of the Prospect Tennis Club’s courts and associated infrastructure, including full court reconstruction and resurfacing of the 8 existing courts, slight realignment to make them compliant with the required Tennis Australia standards, new sports lighting and poles, new nets, fencing, and minor stormwater works.
A detailed design, and relevant documentations for the upgrade of Prospect Tennis Club has been completed by Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec (WGA) and is ready for construction.
