Building and Facility Maintenance Panel - Fremantle Ports Inner and Outer Harbour

You are invited to tender for goods, services or works specified in this document and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Fremantle Ports is requesting a quotation for the establishment of a Pre-Qualified Panel of Contractors for the provision of building and facility maintenance in the Inner and Outer Harbour.

The contracts resulting from this RFx will constitute a standing offer arrangement for the supply of goods / services within scope over a 3-year term with possible extension options.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT FOR THE INNER HARBOUR REQUIRED: 1:00PM on Monday 12/08/2024

Respondents wishing to attend this site visit must contact the Buyer nominated for this tender, prior to midday WST on Friday 9/08/2024. Respondents must meet 10 minutes before the site visit time at the reception area of the Administration Building Inner Harbour, Fremantle.

Note: MSIC conditions and full PPE are applicable to the site visit.

This panel contract is a Standing Offer only on a job-job basis. No commitment of any kind will arise between the parties until such time as a Purchase Order is issued by Fremantle Port Authority in relation to a particular job. Each separate purchase order will constitute a new and entirely separate contract.
