The village is a collaboration between not-for-profit housing provider Aboriginal Community Housing Limited (ACHL), Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC), Kaurna Yerta Aboriginal Corporation (KYAC), SA Housing Authority and Housing Australia.
