Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from suppliers to this Request for Proposal (RFP), to provide maintenance services, to support the various physical assets at each of ECU’s Perth metro campuses. It is expected that the successful Respondent(s) solution/s will align with, and assist in the successful delivery of, the University’s Asset Maintenance and Compliance Plan.

This RFP relates specifically to Mechanical Services Maintenance, at the Joondalup, Mt. Lawley, and ECU City Campuses.

ECU is a member of the University Procurement Hub which is a collaborative network of Australian Universities. The purpose of the Hub is to enable collective or joint procurement activities, across the universities.

Whilst this RFP relates to the specific requirements of ECU, the University Procurement Hub is considering a market approach across a similar set of categories in the coming months.
