ABOUT THE COUNCIL

Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community.

Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Northern Beaches Council, Council invites tenders for the provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for programmed maintenance and for non-exclusive reactive maintenance services as may be assigned. The scope of the tender includes but not limited to:

• Air Cooled Chiller Systems
• Water Cooled Chiller Systems
• Hot Water Generators
• Split Systems
• Ducted Systems
• Building Management Systems
• Cooling Towers
• Fire Trip Testing
• Pressure Vessel Testing
• Pumping Systems
• Ventilation Systems

The Contract term will be 36 months with an extension at Council's option of 2 one-year periods.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The evaluation criteria for this RFT are:

Submission of all schedules is mandatory.

Pass/Fail Criteria:

• Schedule F2, Non-Compliance and Qualifications, Pass/Fail
• Schedule F4, Financial Information. Pass/Fail
• Schedule F6, Industrial Relations. Pass/Fail
• Schedule F8, Work Health and Safety, Pass/Fail
• Schedule F12, Conflict of Interest and Fair Dealing Declaration, Pass/Fail
• Schedule F13, Insurances, Pass/Fail

Scored Criteria

• Schedules F3, F5, F7 and F9, demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer including Environmental Sustainability and Social Equity, 15%
• Schedules F10 and F11, Demonstrated experience of Key Personnel and Subcontractors, 20%
• Schedules F14 and F15, Proposed Methodology, including PPM processes, response times and managing work orders for reactive requests.
• Schedule of Fees F18, The Fee including Schedule of Lump Sum Fee, Schedule of Rates and Materials, Schedule of Rise and Fall and Other Fees. 35%

LODGEMENT
