Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is currently inviting submissions of Expressions of Interest (EOI) to transform a 38.73-hectare site, being proposed Lot 5 within Lot 1 on SP257848, at Yarwun Industrial Estate located within the Gladstone State Development Area, into a development that operates within Queensland’s priority industries that prioritise decarbonisation within Queensland. EDQ anticipates receiving EOIs from companies or consortia that possess the capability, capacity, and commitment to develop a large-scale project at the site.

A land lease is to be offered and EDQ is seeking to enter into an agreement with an organisation that will act swiftly to develop a significant project on the site.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Level 14, 1 William Street, Brisbane at 26 Sep, 2024 10:00 AM . Site visit is subject to availability and external events. The Principal reserves the right to impose any conditions on the access to the site by written notice to Proponents. Refer to section 3.3 within the EOI documentation for further information.
