Fremantle Ports is seeking Requests for Proposals from innovative and experienced commercial, cultural, and/or community operators to refurbish, repurpose and lease a portion of the Fremantle Ports Workshops, located at Victoria Quay Waterfront, Fremantle.

Any queries regarding this package content and process must be lodged via the messages function in Oracle. Messages are received by the nominated contact and replies to messages may be made available to all Respondents to ensure equal access to information.

Delivery of this project is dependent on Fremantle Ports' Board final approval.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT REQUIRED: 1PM WST on Monday. 12 August 2024

Respondents wishing to attend this site visit must confirm their intention with the Contact/Buyer, prior to 2PM WST on Friday, 10 August 2024. Respondents must meet at the site visit time at the reception area of the Fremantle Ports Administration Building, 1 Cliff Street, Fremantle.
