DevelopmentWA is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) via a Two-Phased EOI campaign for the purchase and delivery of the Beaconsfield - Davis Park Local Centre - proposed Stage 1 - lots 1, 2 and 3.

Just 3km from Fremantle, the Beaconsfield - Davis Park local centre offers an early opportunity to expand and rejuvenate existing retail along South Street, with both the Davis Park Precinct and adjacent former Beaconsfield TAFE redevelopment, providing a strong residential foundation to support the expansion of commercial amenity, with over 700 dwellings anticipated to be delivered across both projects.

The two-phase Expression of Interest (EOI) process will lead to a Request for Detailed Proposal (RFDP) for the respondents shortlisted from the second phase of the EOI process. The EOI campaign will primarily seek responses from experienced Developers, Community Housing Providers, and aged care operators, together with supermarkets and speciality retailers, with the experience, capability and capacity to acquire and develop either Lot 1, or a consolidated outcome across Lots 1, 2 and 3.

DevelopmentWA will be seeking responses that capture the vision for the Davis Park Precinct and Local Centre. The aspiration is to see the site/s developed by creating a central amenity hub for the growing precinct with a supermarket, speciality retail, and potential for a multiple dwelling mixed-use outcome. DevelopmentWA may work with any preferred proponent to support the delivery of social and affordable housing outcomes.

Comprising three lots, developers have the opportunity to deliver just the local centre on the proposed 6,887sqm Lot 1 or a consolidated mixed-use outcome on Lots 1, 2 and 3. Lot 1 is zoned Local Centre and lots 2 and 3 are zoned up to R-100 under the approved Davis Park Local Structure Plan.
