Scion is a Crown Research Institute (CRI), which is a government-owned company that carries out scientific research for the benefit of New Zealand. We specialise in research, science and technology development for the forestry, wood and wood-derived materials and other biomaterial sectors.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) seeks to appoint suitably qualified providers to a facilities panel to deliver quality facility maintenance services.
Facilities Maintenance Services include:
• Building Warrant of Fitness Administration Services: Ensure buildings comply with safety and maintenance standards.
• IQP Services: All independent qualified person services.
• HVAC Services: Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems maintenance.
• Pest Control: Comprehensive pest management solutions.
• Rubbish/Waste Removal: Regular and efficient waste management services.
• Specialist Waste Removal: Handling and disposal of hazardous or specialised waste.
• Window and Building Washing, Spider Spraying: Regular washing of buildings, including windows and spider spraying.
• Painting: Internal, external and road marking
• Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance: Upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Tree and Chainsaw Services: Tree maintenance and removal.
• Gates, Doors and Windows Maintenance Services: Installation and maintenance of manual and automatic gates/doors/windows.
• Electrical Services including Test and Tag Inspections: All aspects of electrical maintenance and repair.
• General Handyman Services: Various repair and maintenance tasks.
• Waterproofing and Roofing: Building waterproofing and roof repair services.
• Plumbing Services: All plumbing-related maintenance and repair.
You are required to deliver these services to our Scion Campus at 49 Sala Street, Whakarewarewa, Rotorua.
