The Shire of Denmark is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to coordinate and manage:

• The 2024 Community Christmas Event
• The 2025 Australia Day Celebration

Applicants can apply to run one or both events. The suitable candidate(s) will plan, organise, and deliver a free Christmas and/or Australia Day celebration for the whole community. Applicant(s) are not bound by the structures of past events and are encouraged to innovate a new program.

This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on your community and create a memorable Christmas and/or Australia Day celebrations.

A budget of $10,000 (ex-GST) has been allocated to deliver each event. The successful applicant(s) is encouraged to seek additional external funding if required. The Shire can auspice where necessary. Partnerships or collaborations with other community organisations is greatly encouraged.

The successful applicant(s) will have the option to renew for a further three years subject to budget approval.

Community groups, sporting clubs, organisations and individuals are encouraged to apply.
